Rep. Darrell Issa Endorses
Jeff Denham for Congress

FRESNO, CA -- Republican Congressman Darrell Issa today endorsed State Senator Jeff Denham for Congress in the 19th district. Denham announced his candidacy last week after incumbent Congressman George Radanovich made public his decision to not seek reelection and endorsed Denham.

Issa is the latest in a growing list of California congressional members who have endorsed Denham for Congress.

"Darrell Issa is a hero to Republicans throughout the entire state due to his leadership role in recalling Gray Davis, as well as his work in Congress to expose waste and fraud in government, such as the ACORN scandal," said Senator Denham. "I look forward to working with him."

Denham is a valley almond grower and businessman as well as a 16 year veteran of the United States Air Force. In addition to running his business and farm, he has served central California in the State Senate for seven years, where he has established a record as a strong proponent for taxpayers, farmers and small business owners.
