Supervisors in 19th District Endorse
Senator Jeff Denham for Congress
MODESTO, CA -- Senator Jeff Denham has made a clean sweep of endorsements from Supervisors in the 19th district. To date, every Supervisor inside the district who has made an endorsement has chosen Denham for Congress.
Stanislaus County Supervisors Jim DeMartini and Vito Chiesa are the latest local elected officials to announce their support for Denham.
DeMartini and Chiesa add their names to a growing list of Supervisors already supporting Denham. They include all five Madera County Supervisors, Frank Bigelow, Ronn Dominici, Tom Wheeler, Vern Moss and Max Rodriguez, Mariposa County Supervisors Jim Allen and Kevin Cann, and Tuolomne County Supervisors John Gray and Richard Pland.
"Now, more than ever, we need vibrant and energetic leadership in Congress to help unite our Valley," said Supervisor DeMartini. "Jeff Denham has the experience, knowledge and energy we need to represent agriculture and our Valley in Congress."
Senator Jeff Denham is a valley almond grower and businessman. He is the leading candidate in the 19th congressional district, currently represented by Congressman George Radanovich, who is leaving Congress at the end of his term and endorsing Denham.
