Endorse Jeff Denham for Congress

FRESNO, CA -- The California Young Republicans have unanimously voted to endorse Jeff Denham for Congress in the 19th district.

"Jeff Denham represents the future for the Republican Party," said CYR President Jenniffer Rodriguez. "He is a local businessman, farmer and citizen legislator who will go to Washington with no baggage and no agenda, other than doing what is right for the people of his district. The California Young Republicans are proud to endorse Jeff Denham for Congress."

Jeff Denham is the leading candidate for Congress in the 19th district, where he enjoys the support of the current representative, George Radanovich, as well as almost every local Republican elected official in the district. Denham is a businessman and almond grower who represents the 12th Senate District. He became a hero to California Republicans in 2007 when he stood up to the Democrat President of the Senate and refused to vote for a bloated state budget. Liberal special interest groups attempted to recall Denham, who beat the recall with 76% of the vote.
